You know, one of the greatest helps in starting a new business is having not only an involved and available mentor/sponsor, but also a larger team.  This allows you LOTS of resource for comparing notes, giving and receiving new ideas, accountability, getting inspiration, hot air balloon rides, wine tours, etc… I’m not kidding!  We have a lot of FUN as a team.

Stuff like ‘getting started’ webinars for new members, and other ones for newer and older member alike.

This helps *immensely* in keeping people focused, out of the fog of analysis paralysis or whatever distraction life throws at you, and making sales.
